A fun, interactive session to boost your confidence and help you:
- Identify your communication skills gaps and strengths
- Learn how effective body language for interviews
- Overcome interview jitters
- Answer scenario based questions using role-play
Wellbeing at Work skills - March
An interactive session to help improve self-awareness, self-care and build resilience. It will focus on:
- managing health and wellbeing at work
- effective coping mechanisms for balance and mental wellbeing
- how to access support in the workplace
- local mental health support groups and services
