You will be a welcoming and friendly first point of contact to visitors arriving at St Mary's Hospital. Supporting our front-of-house reception team in Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother building. You will be the person that patients and visitors will see when they come into the hospital and the role helps to direct or lead patients and visitors around the hospital site, advising on the safest or quickest routes to their destinations.
